General Questions

What is an AYSO EXPO?

AYSO EXPOs are annual gatherings of a Section and include a whole weekend of activities including training, certification and continuing education for coach, referee, and management volunteers. AYSO EXPOs also include all the fun stuff…the sponsor and vendor show, networking opportunities, and volunteer recognition. Share ideas, stories and your love of soccer with other AYSO volunteers just like you!

How do I find information about my AYSO EXPO?

Visit the “Locations” section of this website to find your nearest AYSO EXPO. If you have any questions you can always contact events@ayso.org.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes: access to all scheduled workshops (except Instructor Courses), Friday Reception (if offered), Saturday Breakfast, Saturday lunch & coffee breaks, AYSO EXPO goody bag and conference materials.

Limited shuttle service is available for select AYSO EXPOs. Detailed shuttle times will be sent out two weeks prior to your AYSO EXPO.

How do I register for the AYSO EXPO?

The easiest way to register for your AYSO EXPO is via eAYSO. Visit the “registration” page for a video tutorial on this process.–> You can also download manual registration forms and email them to events@ayso.org or fax them to (310) 525-1157 along with your method of payment.

I don’t have an eAYSO account, can I still register?

Yes! Visit your AYSO EXPO page to download the manual registration form and email it to events@ayso.org or fax it in to (310) 525-1157.

What is a subsidized position?

Subsidized positions for the 2014 AYSO EXPO season are as follows:

National Board of Director
Section Director
2014 AYSO EXPO Volunteer Coordinator
Area Director
Area Coach Administrator
Area Referee Administrator
Area Management Administrator

These above positions are subsidized for the early registration meeting fee, two nights in a shared hotel room, and approved travel costs. All subsidized volunteers need to register and book their hotel rooms via eAYSO prior to the early registration deadline for their AYSO EXPO or else they are responsible for the cost of both.

I’m an RC, can I sign up my entire board at one time?

Yes! As an RC you are able to register and pay for your entire board to attend a AYSO EXPO via eAYSO. Visit the “registration” page for a video tutorial on this process.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests need to be submitted in writing to events@ayso.org and must be received two weeks prior the registration end date. Refund requests after this date or on-site will not be accepted.
